Therese Lenling

Therese Lenling is an experienced mental health professional currently serving as an Adult Group Therapist at Compass Health Center since August 2025. Prior to this role, Therese worked as a Group Facilitator at Charlie Health from November 2024 to July 2025 and completed an Outpatient AODA Counseling Internship at Meta House from January 2023 to April 2024. Therese began gaining experience in the mental health field with a Shadowing Experience at On Purpose Psyche from November 2020 to August 2021. In earlier professional experiences, Therese was an Account Manager at Impact Networking, LLC from May 2019 to December 2019. Academically, Therese holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marquette University, attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee for Fine and Studio Arts, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a focus on Healthcare from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh. Therese completed secondary education at Arrowhead High School.
