Charissa Westergard

Charissa Westergard is the Director of Healthcare Integration at Compass Health. Charissa has over 20 years of experience working in the mental health field. Charissa began their career as a Corrections Mental Health Counselor with the Washington State Department of Corrections, where they provided individual and group counseling services to offenders with mental health issues. Charissa then became a Clinician II with Compass Health, conducting intake with individuals to determine diagnosis and eligibility for services. In their current position, they are responsible for overseeing the healthcare needs of all Compass Health clients.

Charissa Westergard has a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling/Counselor from Western Washington University and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Washington State University.

Charissa Westergard works with LaJolla Peters - Director of Human Resources, Camis Milam - Chief Medical Officer, and Megan Boyle - Director of Children’s Intensive Services. Their manager is Tom Sebastian, President/CEO.
