Frances Wilder

Director of Snohomish County Outpatient Services at Compass Health

Fran Wilder is the current Director of Snohomish County Outpatient Services at Compass Health. Frances has over 24 years of experience in behavioral health delivery, with 11 of those years in non-profit management. Fran has successfully built and maintained programs to provide intensive and outpatient services to children, families and adults with multiple management-level direct reports and 9 outpatient clinics. Frances has also successfully responded to RFQs and built programs to meet contract requirements. In addition to their management experience, Fran also has 13 years of direct clinical experience in inpatient, residential, outpatient and private practice settings with adults, children and families. Fran is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the United States and earned their Master’s Degree in Counseling from the University of Colorado in 1996.
