Carl Seabold

Carl Seabold has a diverse range of work experience in the technology and IT industry. Carl started their career at Geek Squad as a Double Agent, where they provided computer and network support for both residents and businesses. Carl was recognized for their high customer satisfaction and efficiency. Carl then moved on to become a Triple Agent at Geek Squad, where they took on a managerial role, overseeing a team of agents and ensuring the quality of service. Carl also played a significant role in writing policies and procedures for the position. Carl later joined NuWave Technology Partners as an Infrastructure and Support Engineer, where they provided technical support for small and medium-sized businesses, including Windows servers and Cisco networking hardware. Carl also planned and implemented infrastructure and system rollouts. After that, they joined Artemis Solutions Group as a Support & Architecture Engineer, where they provided support and architecture expertise for various projects. Currently, Carl holds the role of Director of IT at Compass Healthcare, where they manage the IT department and oversees the company's information security as the Chief Information Security Officer.

Carl Seabold obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from Michigan State University, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. Carl also obtained several certifications including VmWare VCP from Pearson Vue in August 2012, MCITP - Virtualization from Prometric in May 2012, and A+ from CompTIA in October 2002.
