Nikki Farr

Nikki Farr has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, with a career spanning over 20 years. Nikki has held various senior positions in renowned companies such as Compass Hospitality, Encocam Group Limited, Dalata Hotel Group, BWH Hotel Group™, Surya Hotels Ltd, Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, Four Pillars Hotels, Principal Hotel Company, Bedford Lodge and Barnham Broom Hotel, and Moat House Hotels.

Their most recent role was as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Compass Hospitality, starting in September 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Marketing and Events at Encocam Group Limited and the Director of Sales and Marketing at Dalata Hotel Group.

Nikki has also held leadership positions in sales and marketing, including Head of Sales for GB at BWH Hotel Group™ and Group Sales Director at Surya Hotels Ltd. Nikki has a strong track record in developing sales strategies, managing commercial relationships, and driving business growth.

Throughout their career, Nikki has demonstrated expertise in sales and marketing, business development, and strategic planning. Nikki possesses a deep understanding of the hospitality industry and has successfully managed sales teams and implemented effective marketing initiatives.

Nikki Farr's education history includes attending CRC from 1999 to 2001, where they obtained a degree in Leisure Study. Prior to that, from 1986 to 1991, they attended Saws ton village college where they obtained GCSEs.
