Dave Scopp

Dave Scopp is a Senior Systems Engineer at Compass, Inc. since September 2011, and previously served as the Deputy Director of Acquisition Systems in the Acquisition Directorate at NGA from February 2009 to July 2011. With 34 years of service in the federal government, Dave has extensive experience in acquisition engineering. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Engineering Management with a focus on Systems Engineering from George Mason University (2001-2005) and a Master’s Degree in Geography from Southern Connecticut State University (1975-1977).
