Jim Ressler is a seasoned professional in geospatial intelligence and systems engineering with over 25 years of experience. Currently serving as the Lead GEOINT Standards Developer at Compass, Inc., Jim leads efforts to establish and implement interoperability standards for GEOINT data across the National System for Geospatial Intelligence (NSG). Previous roles include positions at SAIC as a Geospatial Expert, Engility Corporation as a National Geospatial Systems Subject Matter Expert, and Northrop Grumman as a Geospatial Scientist and Sr. Systems Engineer, where significant contributions were made to various geospatial projects and applications. Educational qualifications include a BS in Computer Science from Missouri University of Science and Technology, an MS in Computer Science from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, and an MBA from Maryville University of Saint Louis.
