Jen Fielding, MBA, is an accomplished Independent Health Insurance Agent at Compass Insurance Advisors since July 2019, recognized as the #1 First Year Achiever in 2020. Fielding has extensive experience in health insurance sales, including needs analysis, client education, and ongoing customer support, previously serving as a Health Insurance Agent at Healthcare Solutions Team. In addition to expertise in health insurance, Fielding has a solid background in marketing, having worked as a Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Specialist, where skills in analytics, campaign management, and content development were honed. Fielding holds an MBA in Healthcare Administration from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in English Language and Literature with a minor in International Studies from Utah State University.
