MacKenzie Alexander

MacKenzie Alexander is currently the Managing Director and Partner Recruiter at Compass Law Group. Prior to this, MacKenzie worked as a Functional Recruiter at TEKsystems. MacKenzie has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Rhodes College and has also studied Art History, Criticism, & Conservation at the University of Oxford. With a background in recruiting, MacKenzie has experience in developing recruiting strategies, matching candidate strengths with client requirements, negotiating employment terms, and maintaining industry relationships. Additionally, MacKenzie has worked as a Project Planner and Coordinator at Victoria's Secret.
