Soledad Pereiras has extensive experience in the field of competition economics. Soledad started their career as a Consultant at Ernst & Young in 2004, where they worked in the Risk Management Practice. In 2005, they joined CDTI as an Economist and later moved to LECG in 2006, where they worked as a Senior Economist for five years. In 2011, they joined Compass Lexecon as a Vice President, where they currently hold the position in the Madrid office. Their work at Compass Lexecon focuses on applying empirical techniques to competition policy cases and utilizing economic analysis in antitrust investigations.
Soledad Pereiras received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the Universidad de Santiago de Compostela. Soledad attended the university from 1997 to 2002. Later, they pursued their Master of Science degree in Economics and Finance from CEMFI, where they studied from 2002 to 2004.
