Laura Gaida is an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer at Compass Mortgage LLC since November 2018, focusing on helping clients from diverse backgrounds achieve their personal and financial goals. As the current Chapter Advisor for the Lakeland Downtown Chapter of the American Business Women's Association, Laura has held various leadership positions including Treasurer, President, Vice President, and Secretary, fostering community engagement and professional growth.
