Allison Flaten

Allison Flaten is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in strategic human resources management. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at CompassMSP since May 2025, Allison previously held the same title at Praecipio from October 2021 to June 2025, where responsibilities included developing HR strategies and overseeing teams managing HRIS operations and employee benefits for over 200 employees across the U.S. Prior to these roles, Allison worked at Accenture from December 2013 to October 2021 in several positions, including Senior Manager and HR Director, where efforts focused on people management strategies in a healthcare context and the transformation of HR operations post-acquisition. Allison began the HR career at SolutionsIQ as HR Director from December 2013 to August 2017, managing HR operations and employee support initiatives. Allison holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the UW Foster School of Business.
