Senior Client Service Executive at Compass Offices

Peiling has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Peiling started their career as an Intern at Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur in 2008. Peiling then worked as a Waitress and Hostess at Vietnamese Kitchen Restaurant before joining Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur Hotel as a Services Associate at the Front Office Department. Here, they also served as a Reservation Sales Executive, handling phone calls, reservations, and guest inquiries. Peiling gained further experience as a Task Force Reservation Sales Executive at W Singapore - Sentosa Cove and as an Aloha Desk Front Desk Agent at Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral. Peiling then joined Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. as a Reservation Universal Associate, responsible for email, fax, and call reservations. Peiling worked at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group as a Reservation Agent before their current role as a Senior Client Service Executive at Compass Offices.

Peiling pursued their education at KBU International College from 2007 to 2009. During this time, they obtained a Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management, specializing in the field of Hospitality and Tourism.
