Tiemen Molema

Tiemen Molema has extensive work experience in sales and business development roles. Tiemen worked at Compass Offices from June 2019, starting as a Business Development Manager and later advancing to Senior Business Development Manager. In January 2021, they became the Head of Sales for Vietnam, and in November 2022, they took on the role of Head of Sales for Malaysia.

Before joining Compass Offices, Tiemen worked at APAX English from June 2016 to May 2019. Tiemen started as an English Teacher and eventually became a Head Teacher. In March 2018, they transitioned to the role of Training Manager, responsible for overseeing training programs. Tiemen also had a full-time training position at APAX English from June 2017 to June 2018.

Prior to their time at APAX English, Tiemen worked at Instituut Maltha B.V. as a Branch Manager from November 2010 to June 2013. Overall, Tiemen has a diverse background in sales, business development, training, and management roles, showcasing their adaptability and professional growth.

Tiemen Molema completed a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from Utrecht University between the years 2006 and 2010.
