Shantel Engerran

Shantel Engerran is a seasoned Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist II at Compass Oncology since September 2021. In this role, Shantel manages employee leave of absence programs, coordinates benefit inquiries, develops training materials, and promotes wellness initiatives. Prior experience includes various HR roles, scheduling, and client services positions across multiple organizations, including Banfield Pet Hospital and Julian Beer Co. Shantel holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University Global and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences with a focus on Human Resource Management from Washington State University Vancouver. Additional educational achievements include an Associate's degree in General Studies and a certificate from the Gemological Institute of America.
