Their most recent position is as the Director of Business Development at Compass One Healthcare, a role they started in December 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Regional Sales Director at Compass Group from October 2017 to December 2022. Aaminah also has experience as a Customer Service Account Manager at Compass Group USA, where they managed pantry refreshment programs and supervised a team of 14 employees. Their high school education was completed at Eastside College Preparatory School, where they obtained a High School Diploma in 2008.
