Dudley Poppens has extensive experience in sales and leadership roles. Dudley started their career at Professional Services in 2003, where they became the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Under their leadership, the company's revenue grew significantly, and it was successfully acquired by Crothall Services Group in 2007.
After that, Dudley joined Compass One Healthcare in 2007 as the National Vice President of Sales. Dudley led a team of VP's and sales directors, consistently achieving sales targets and generating over 1 billion in new revenue for the company. Dudley was recognized as the Compass Sales Executive of the year in 2010 and 2013.
In 2019, Dudley was promoted to the role of Senior Vice President of Sales at Compass One Healthcare. Dudley oversees a team of VP's and sales directors focused on growth and client retention in the Healthcare and Seniors marketplace. Dudley is responsible for all aspects of the sales function, including recruitment, development, and engagement of the team, as well as sales process, technology, and strategy. Additionally, they are part of the Company's Data/Analytics strategy team.
Dudley Poppens attended the University of Northern Iowa from 1977 to 1981. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in History with a minor in secondary education.
