Armin Khayatian

Armin Khayatian has a comprehensive work experience in various roles and industries. In 2009, they started their career as an Instructor at Kumon North America, Inc. Armin then moved on to work as a Research Assistant at Ivey Business School at Western University in 2015 and as a Teaching Assistant at Western University in 2016. In 2017, they joined Cornerstone Research as an Analyst. The following year, in 2018, they joined the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as an Associate, gaining project experience across TMT, private equity, and social impact practice areas. However, they left BCG before completing their tenure requirements to join COMPASS Pathways, where they held various positions, including Manager of Operations and Manager of Corporate Development. Armin served as a Senior Manager and then as an Associate Director of Business and Corporate Development at COMPASS Pathways before becoming the Director of Business and Corporate Development in 2023.

Armin Khayatian has completed an Honors Business Administration degree at the Ivey Business School at Western University. Additionally, they have studied at The University of Hong Kong, specifically in the Faculty of Business and Economics.
