Gino Santini is a global executive with extensive P&L experience and a proven track record in value creation within the pharmaceutical industry. Throughout a 28-year career at Eli Lilly, Gino held senior leadership roles including President of US Operations and Senior VP of Corporate Strategy. Since retiring in December 2010, Gino has served on the boards of various public and private companies, currently holding positions such as Chairman of the Board at Compass Pathways and board member at multiple biopharmaceutical firms. Gino earned an MBA in Finance and Economics from the University of Rochester and a Laurea in Mechanical Engineering from Università di Bologna.
