Lucinda Orsini

Lucinda Orsini is a seasoned professional in health economics and outcomes research, currently serving as Vice President of Value and Outcomes Research at COMPASS Pathways plc since February 2021. Prior experience includes positions as Associate Chief Science Officer at ISPOR from January 2018 to February 2021, and Vice President at PAREXEL from April 2016 to January 2018, where Lucinda led teams focused on economic modeling and real-world evidence generation. Previously, at Bristol-Myers Squibb from October 2005 to March 2016, Lucinda held roles including Group Director for GHEOR in immuno-oncology and pharmacodiagnostics and Director of Global Health Outcomes in Oncology, managing teams to develop strategies for market access. Earlier experience includes serving as Manager of Health Economics and Outcomes Research at Thomson Medstat from June 2001 to February 2005. Lucinda holds a Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Management from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from Temple University, Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine.
