Roberta Tucker

Roberta Tucker has a strong work history with extensive experience in quality assurance and management roles. Roberta is currently employed as the Vice President of Quality at COMPASS Pathways since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Norgine for ten years, starting in 2011. During their tenure at Norgine, Roberta held positions of increasing responsibility, including Senior Director of Global Quality Assurance and Director of Development Quality and QMS. Roberta was responsible for implementing quality management systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing guidance to development staff. Before Norgine, Roberta worked as the VP of Quality Assurance at Retroscreen Virology from 2008 to 2011, where they re-engineered the quality system and successfully maintained compliance status. Roberta also served as the Director of R&D QA (Interim) at Stiefel Laboratories Ltd in 2007. Earlier in their career, Roberta worked at Elan Pharmaceuticals and Bayer Pharmaceuticals in various quality-related roles. Roberta started their career as a Clinical Quality Auditor at Pfizer in 1996. Overall, Roberta Tucker has demonstrated their expertise in quality assurance and their ability to implement effective quality systems to ensure compliance and efficiency in various organizations.

Roberta Tucker obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from University College Dublin, completing their studies between 1986 and 1990.
