Rupal Shah is a seasoned clinical project coordinator currently with Compass Pathways since October 2022, where responsibilities include supporting the planning and execution of Phase I-III clinical trials and liaising with clinical trial sites to address recruitment challenges. Prior experience includes roles as a clinical research practitioner at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, focusing on neurosurgery and stroke research, respectively.
