Tess Bettler is currently the Associate Director of Government Affairs at Compass Pathways and has held this role since 2025. They previously managed political campaigns in Virginia, including positions as Campaign Manager for Suhas for Virginia in 2019 and Dr. Karen Berg for Kentucky State Senate in 2018. With a background in public affairs and legislative support, Tess also served as Chief of Staff for Delegate Karrie Delaney and has experience in tutoring and marketing. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics and an MBA from the University of Louisville.
