Paul Chandler

Paul Chandler has extensive experience in the sales and business development field. Paul is currently the Regional Sales Director for Europe at Compass Plus Technologies, a global payments and issuing processor company. Prior to this, they served as the VP EMEA Sales at Carta Worldwide. Paul has also held multiple sales and business development roles at companies such as Compass Plus Technologies, The Payments Business, AccessPay, OmniPayments, FSS, Barron McCann Limited, PKWARE, and Aprisma Management Technologies. Paul has a strong background in the banking, finance, and retail sectors.

Paul Chandler is currently an MBA candidate and is pursuing a degree in Strategic Leadership & Management from the Online Business School. In the past, they attended Volkshochschule Bielefeld from 1982 to 1984, where they studied German Language for foreign students sponsored by Rank Xerox. At the Institute of Directors (IoD), they completed a Masterclass on How to perform under pressure in 2022. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Member of the Institute of Leadership & Management and as a Military Training Instructor (MTI) from the British Army. Paul is also a Certified Masters Judo Competitor and a member of the Institute of Directors - London Region.
