Beverly Ross

Beverly Ross has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Beverly is currently working as the Program Director for the Washington, D.C. Office at Compass Pro Bono since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Consultant at Clarendon Partners, LLC from October 2022 to April 2023.

In their previous role as a Consultant for Clients from July 2020 to October 2022, Beverly provided pro bono strategic consulting services to non-profit organizations. Beverly worked on several projects, including one on Affordable Housing and Services where they proposed a 5-year strategic direction to improve housing and resident success. Beverly also worked on a project for Legal Services, Advocacy, and Consumer Education, providing decision support for expanding community impacts.

Beverly's earlier experience includes working at Freddie Mac, where they served as the New Products Project and Implementation Director from October 2005 to June 2020. In this role, they managed a portfolio of projects and implemented a risk-controlled framework for new projects. Beverly also received a corporate award for their contributions.
