Debbie Hubbard

Debbie Hubbard, BSN, RN, CPHQ, CCM, currently serves as the Manager of Health Plan Administration and Population Health Program Manager at Compass Rose Benefits Group since July 2021. Previous roles include Clinical Accreditation Reviewer at URAC, Quality Management Analyst at Conifer Health Solutions, and School Nurse at Cardinal Hickey Academy. Debbie has extensive experience in quality management, having analyzed and integrated quality measures for various populations, and has also provided direct patient care in diverse healthcare settings, including urgent care and intensive care units. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from West Virginia University and additional training at the College of Southern Maryland and the University of Alaska Anchorage.
