Dawn Harrison

Dawn is a finance professional who works with the ASC leadership teams to help them make the best, data-driven financial decisions for their specific centers.

Dawn believes ASCs and other outpatient care settings are critical to addressing rising healthcare costs. She knows the key to an excellent, successful ASC is making the most efficient financial investments in staffing, supplies, equipment, and other operational decisions, while still maintaining world-class quality patient care.

Dawn converted two previous companies from cash basis to GAAP, overhauling and standardizing their accounting processes. In addition to GAAP, she has experience in GASB and IFRS, as well as financial software implementation.

Dawn created and maintains KPI dashboards for every major functional area at Compass, forecasting financial positions and business health, allowing Compass to make agile business decisions.

Dawn has over 9 years of experience in financial leadership roles in non-profit, pharmaceutical, and healthcare firms. She holds a Bachelor of Accounting from Columbus State University and an MBA from NC State University, with additional certificates in Finance & Data Analytics.
