Senior Alliance Manager, Business Development at Compass Therapeutics

Nicole Gampp's work experience begins with their current role as an Alliance Manager in Business Development at Compass Therapeutics Inc., where they started in March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Foundation Medicine as a Senior Associate in Medical Affairs from July 2021 to March 2023, and as a Medical Affairs Associate from June 2020 to June 2021. Before joining Foundation Medicine, Nicole worked at Roche as a Talent Acquisition professional, where they held the role of Talent Acquisition for Research & Early Development from October 2018 to June 2020, and as a pRED Intern Recruiter from May 2018 to October 2018. Nicole also has research experience, having worked as a Visiting Research Student for their Master's thesis at the Wyss Institute for Biologically Inspired Engineering from July 2017 to February 2018. Nicole also served as a Teaching Assistant in Principles in Tissue Engineering at ETH Zurich from February 2017 to June 2017. Additionally, they worked as a Finance Accountant at Geoquip Marine Group from July 2014 to June 2017. Nicole has also completed research internships at the Institute for Regenerative Medicine, UZH, and the Laboratory of Stem Cell Biology & Disease Modeling, ETH in 2016. In 2015, they participated in a Summer Student program at The University of Tokyo, and in 2012, they worked as a Student Fundraiser at Wesser and Partner.

Nicole Gampp completed their education in chronological order as follows:

1. From 2009 to 2012, they attended Kantonsschule am Burggraben, where they focused on Biology and Chemistry as their major subjects.

2. Later, they enrolled at ETH Zürich in 2012 and completed their Bachelor's Degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General, in the year 2015.

3. Continuing their education at ETH Zürich, Nicole pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Biology with a focus in Molecular Health Sciences, which they obtained in 2018.

4. In 2017, they took up a Master Thesis program at Harvard University, where they conducted research on "Exploring iPSC's as a Cell Source for Rebuilding a Kidney". The duration of this program was one year, ending in 2018.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Nicole has also obtained the following certifications:

1. In October 2016, they achieved HSK Level 2 certification from Hanban.

2. In September 2019, they completed the "Project Management Simplified" certification from LinkedIn.

3. Most recently, in May 2020, they obtained the "Learning Data Analytics" certification from LinkedIn.
