Allerick Clancy is a seasoned food and beverage professional with over 20 years of experience in leadership and program implementation within fast-paced environments. Having served as Executive Chef for Fannie Mae from 2017 to 2020, and currently holding the position of Executive Chef at Compass Group USA since 2022, they are dedicated to optimizing kitchen operations and staff development. Additionally, Allerick teaches culinary skills as an instructor at Cookology Culinary School. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Food & Beverage Management and Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University.
