Caron Aiken

Caron Aiken has extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Caron began their career in 1980 at Koch Industries, where they worked as an Exchange Accounting Supervisor. Caron'sresponsibilities included managing the contract database for hydrocarbon transactions and reconciling contract fulfillment with clients. Caron also worked on special projects, such as creating and maintaining a database for a computerized propane terminal and negotiating product settlements.

In 1988, Caron joined Florida Dental Management Company as an Assistant Controller. Caron was responsible for the full charge accounting of 14 corporate entities, including tax filings and reporting. Caron also worked closely with lawyers and the court during Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings for three of the corporations.

From 1990 to 1997, Caron served as the Controller at Glen Echo Country Club. In this role, they managed accounting functions, including accounts payable, payroll, benefits, and financial reporting. Caron collaborated closely with various departments within the country club.

Caron then joined the Canteen Vending division of Compass Group North America in 1997. Caron initially worked as a District Accounting Manager, overseeing all accounting and financial activities in the St. Louis Metro area. Caron also provided training and development for accounting and clerical staff. Caron later became the Division Operations Controller, supporting the Central Division and advising on accounting procedures for Canteen's Office Coffee and Micro Market business lines. Caron also represented the division in the sector Diversity and Inclusion Committee.

In 2014, Caron joined Canteen Vending Services as the Director of Field System Support. Caron'sresponsibilities included project management and support for strategic initiatives. Caron led the implementation of software deployments throughout the US and worked on various projects, such as educating the field on cashless devices from an accounting perspective and collaborating with developers on defining data and report requirements for financial reporting.

Caron's most recent role has been at Compass Group USA, where they have worked as a Business Lead for the Phoenix Project since 2020. Further details about their current responsibilities and tenure in this role are not provided.

Caron Aiken obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Missouri State University from 1976 to 1980. Continuing their education, they pursued post-graduate study at Wichita State University from 1981 to 1982, focusing on an MBA degree. In terms of additional certifications, Caron obtained the "Certified SAFe 6 POPM" certification from Scaled Agile (SAFe®) Training by Agile Certification Academy in August 2023.
