Jourdan Cabe Ball

Jourdan Cabe Ball is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate counsel roles. Currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at Compass Group USA since March 2018, Jourdan leads efforts in employment compliance across all U.S. states, Puerto Rico, and the USVI, addressing areas such as wage and hour issues, hiring practices, and immigration law. Prior experience includes positions as Corporate Counsel at The Fresh Market, where Jourdan managed legal matters for nearly 180 grocery locations, and as a Staff Attorney within the same company. Jourdan's background is further complemented by various internships and teaching assistant roles, including important positions with North Carolina Central University and the Environmental Protection Agency. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Juris Doctor from North Carolina Central University, along with a Summer Fellowship from Vermont Law and Graduate School.
