Kate Lorenz

Kate Lorenz serves as the Sr. Director of Human Resources at Compass Group USA since April 2023, bringing a wealth of experience from previous HR roles within the company. Prior positions include HR Business Partner and New Business HR Specialist, as well as an HR Manager in Training. Kate began her career at Compass Group as an HR Intern. Additionally, experience includes a Data Analytics Internship at Forsyth Futures and a role as Assistant Field Hockey Coach at Forsyth Country Day School, where strong leadership and coaching skills were demonstrated. Kate also contributed as a Servant Leader Intern at Freedom School Partners, designing and implementing lesson plans for underprivileged students. Kate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Spanish with a focus on Schools Education and Society from Wake Forest University.
