Mary Fletcher Mullikin

Mary Fletcher Mullikin is an experienced attorney specializing in employment law and compliance. Currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel for Compass Group USA since September 2021, Mary supports over 300,000 associates by collaborating with business leaders and human resources to ensure compliance with federal and multi-state employment regulations. Prior to this role, Mary practiced at Johnston Allison & Hord, PA, focusing on employment law, commercial litigation, and construction litigation for clients across various industries. Mary began legal practice at Rech Law, P.C. in family law and criminal defense, and also gained experience as a Vanderbilt Law Public Service Initiative Fellow at the N.C. Department of Justice. Mary holds a Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in English and Classical Civilizations from Duke University.
