Raquel Daugherty

Raquel Daugherty is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Regional Human Resources Manager for the West Division at Compass Group USA since August 2022, Raquel has previously worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at GKN Aerospace and held senior HR positions at KYOWA AMERICA CORPORATION and Hertz. Raquel began the career path as an Associate HR Business Partner and progressed through roles including HR Coordinator and Administrative Assistant. Raquel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix and an Associate in Arts Degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from South Western College.
