Sean O'Neill

Sean O'Neill is an accomplished real estate and facilities management professional with extensive experience in overseeing large-scale portfolios. Currently serving as the VP and Head of Real Estate, Workplace and Facilities at Compass Group USA since February 2019, Sean manages a 6 million square foot, 285-building portfolio, focusing on portfolio strategy and facilities management. Previous roles include President of the CoreNet Global Carolinas Chapter, SVP of Real Estate Strategy and Innovation at BB&T, and SVP of Planning Director at Bank of America, where Sean developed significant portfolio strategies and occupancy plans. Sean's career began at Duke Energy, advancing through various leadership roles, and is supported by a BA in Environmental Resource Management from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA in Finance from the McColl School of Business at Queens University.
