Vita Rocco

Vita Rocco is an experienced professional with a strong background in quality management and training within the field accounting sector. Currently serving as Quality Sr. Manager and Training Manager at Compass Group USA since August 2014, Vita develops and manages the Field Accounting Training Team, overseeing candidate selection and onboarding processes, revising training materials, and collaborating with various departments to enhance training implementations. Prior experience includes a role as Finance Delivery Center Manager at IBM, where Vita improved team productivity and compliance through analysis and process optimization, and as Revenue Division Supervisor for the City of Charlotte, handling system administration and staff supervision within the Revenue Division.
