Christopher D. Brechlin

Christopher D. Brechlin is a seasoned professional in data analysis and digital systems, currently serving as the Director of Data & Digital Systems at COMPASS Youth Collaborative since March 2021. Brechlin previously held the position of Senior Program & Data Analyst at the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority, where expertise was applied in implementing the Domo business intelligence platform and automating reports. With a diverse background that includes roles in systems development at the Connecticut Council of Family Service Agencies and digital operations at UConn's Department of Public Policy, Christopher has driven various projects aimed at data automation, analytics, and reporting across multiple sectors. As the founder of Blueprint for Impact, Christopher successfully collaborated with numerous nonprofits, contributing to significant fundraising efforts. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Policy with a focus on Econometrics & Policy Analysis and an Advanced Certificate in Business Analytics from the University of Connecticut.
