Ashton Alexander is currently the Senior Vice President of Operations & Strategy at Compass. Previously, Ashton held several roles at Goldman Sachs, including Vice President in the Asset Management division where they led strategy and client engagement, and Chief of Staff to the COO. Ashton began their career at Goldman Sachs in the Investment Banking Division and later worked in the Merchant Banking Division as a private equity analyst. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at the University of Virginia.
