Brooke Centra Faulkner is a licensed REALTOR® with The GW Team of Compass, serving Maryland and Virginia since July 2025. Prior to this role, Brooke held various positions at techfrederick from February 2019 to May 2025, including Operations & Training Manager and Operations Consultant, where responsibilities included overseeing training initiatives, grant research, and strategy development to enhance organizational efficiency. Brooke has extensive experience in real estate, having worked as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson at Alluri Realty Inc from June 2016 to May 2025, and as a Sales Manager and Contracts Manager at Van Metre Homes, where significant sales achievements and customer satisfaction ratings were attained. Earlier experience includes serving as Operations Manager at BuilderNet, managing sales follow-up programs and training needs assessments. Brooke holds a Bachelor of Science degree with double majors in Business Administration and Computer Information Systems from North Carolina Wesleyan University.
