Deborah Hess has extensive experience in real estate, having served as the Founding Principal and Broker at Compass since May 2018. Prior to this role, Deborah founded Deborah Hess Chicago Group at Conlon Christie's International Real Estate, where the focus was on maximizing property value for sellers and guiding buyers in their home purchases. Deborah's career also includes significant human resources roles, notably as Vice President of Human Resources at Levy Security Consultants and as Compensation Manager at Mercer Human Resource Consulting. Educationally, Deborah holds a B.A. in Political Science from DePaul University and has studied at the Loyola Rome Center. Additionally, Deborah served as a Board Member for the Chicago Children's Choir from 2007 to 2008.
