Erika Gutierrez Sheridan

Erika Gutierrez Sheridan is a seasoned marketing and operations professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Marketing and Operations at Compass since January 2018, Erika has held multiple leadership roles, including Senior Director of Marketing, Director of Marketing, and Regional PR Lead. Prior to this, Erika founded and presided over epgPR, a public relations and marketing firm, from February 2008 to December 2017. Erika holds a Master’s Degree in Public Relations and Corporate Communications from Georgetown University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Western Michigan University.
