Mary Jo Greenwood

Mary Jo Greenwood is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as Senior Director, HR Business Partner at Compass, and previously as Director and Senior Manager in HR Business Partner positions. Prior to Compass, Mary Jo held senior management roles at Walmart in both Merchandising and Supply Chain Human Resources. Additional experience includes positions at Jet as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner and at Bridgewater Associates in Employee Relations. Mary Jo's career began at Advantage xPO as Program Manager and Recruiting Coordinator. Mary Jo holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Consumer Advertising from the University of Vermont and has completed a study abroad program in International Studies at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
