Nikol Solares has over two decades of experience in the real estate industry, specializing in high-end development and luxury properties. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Sales at Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, Solares oversees a significant portfolio of pre-construction luxury developments totaling over $2.5 billion. Solares began their career as Sales Director for Compson Development and later at Cervera Real Estate, where they led successful sales teams for iconic projects. A Miami native with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and International Business from Florida International University, Solares is fluent in both English and Spanish, further enhancing their impactful client relationships.
