Rachel Weber

Rachel Weber, MPA, serves as the Team Lead for The Mollaan Babbington Group of Compass Real Estate in Richmond, Virginia, since July 2019. Previously, Rachel held the position of Health Systems Manager at the American Cancer Society from 2013 to 2018, where efforts focused on health systems engagement related to cancer control priorities. Additionally, Rachel worked as a Staff Assistant/Intern for the United States Congress in 2012-2013, assisting with legislative matters and constituent relations. Rachel’s early experience includes serving as a Graduate Assistant at Georgia College & State University, where responsibilities included event planning and promotional material preparation. Rachel holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Georgia College & State University, as well as having completed healthcare coursework at the Institute for Healthcare Improvement.
