Stephanie DiPiero

It is such an honor to be the ILS Manager in Tehama. She look forward to what adventures await her every day. She started working with Compass July 2021 as a new ILS Manager. From day one, She knew this was the right place for her.

Before starting at Compass, she worked at an elementary for 14 years where she concentrated in reading intervention, resource, and special education while working a second job as a retail manager, being a mom to her 3 beautiful children, a youth cheer coach and served on several school and work committees. As a young girl she grow up around adults with disabilities. This is where her passion for working with people with disabilities originated from. She enjoy making a difference in people’s lives and watching their success as they grow and overcome daily challenges. She have learned so much from these wonderful people who teach her humility, compassion, strength and joy every day and to see smiles on their faces is a priceless perk of this job.
