Currently serving as an Administrative Assistant at Compass Behavioral Center of Lafayette since September 2019, Emily has also held the position of Program Assistant at Compass Health, LLC, since August 2017. Prior to these roles, Emily contributed as a Program Assistant and Educator at Compass Behavioral Center of Lafayette-Outpatient from August 2017 to September 2019. Previous experience includes managerial responsibilities at Indulge from October 2015 to August 2017 and serving as a Listing Analyst at Lotz Outlet Warehouse from February 2011 to December 2016. Emily holds an Associate of Science degree in General Studies from South Louisiana Community College and furthered education at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette from 2009 to 2016.

Compass Beginnings Founded in 1998 by Mark Cullen, Compass Health began providing mental health services through a partnership with other rural Southwest Louisiana healthcare providers. Out of this experience grew a community mental health center and a mental health rehab agency serving residents of Lafayette, Vermilion, Iberia, and Acadia Parishes. Working in partnership with the local hospital, Mark discovered the unique struggles that face community hospitals and began to explore solutions that would meet the needs of healthcare organizations and the patients they serve. These efforts led to the development of quality psychiatric and physical rehabilitation outpatient and inpatient services offered throughout Louisiana. The Compass Health Home Office is located in Crowley, Louisiana.
