Raj Sirimanne

Raj Sirimanne has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Raj currently serves as the Head of Projects, Research & Analytics at Compassion Australia. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Operations Officer (Interim) at the same organization. Raj also worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Our Town Fencing and as the Group Finance, FP&A Manager at nib Group. Raj has experience in Commercial Solutions at Pacific National and as a Systems Implementation Program Manager at Beaver Air Group. Additionally, they served as the Group Financial Controller at Aevitas Group and as the Chief Financial Officer at REMA TIP TOP Asia Pacific. Raj also held multiple roles at Pacific National, including Head Of Financial Planning & Analysis / Deputy CFO, Head of Transformation - Integrated Planning Services Project, and Head Of Financial Planning Analysis. Lastly, they worked as the National Reporting & Analysis Manager and Commercial Manager Transport and Concrete at Boral Construction Materials, as well as the Commercial Manager Industrial and Specialty Gases at BOC South Pacific.

Raj Sirimanne has a Diploma in Aviation from Massey University. Raj also holds a Diploma in Frontline Management from Mt Eliza Business School and a Certificate in Change Management from PROSCI. In addition, they completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from UNSW in 2005 and the CPA Australia Program in 2007. Most recently, in 2019, Raj completed the Foundations of Directorship course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
