The Leadership Team at Compassion Canada is responsible for setting the strategic direction and vision of the organization. Comprising the President & CEO, Chief Marketing & Digital Officer, CFO, and Chief People Officer, they work collaboratively to oversee operations, drive marketing initiatives, manage financial performance, and foster a positive workplace culture, all aimed at enhancing community support through personalized gifting solutions during the Christmas season.
