Louise Valducci

Louise Valducci has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Louise has held various positions in different companies, showcasing their expertise in sales, marketing, management, and education. Louise's most recent role was as the Head of Food Business at Compassion in World Farming since June 2017. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Major Retail at The Fairtrade Foundation starting in April 2014. Louise also has experience as the Owner/Manager of The Business Advisor, a small organization that helps businesses achieve their full commercial potential. Additionally, they served as a Law and Business Lecturer at Shrewsbury College of Arts and Technology from August 2006 to November 2012. Before that, Louise was the Commercial Director at Broseley Fires Ltd, where they implemented key business systems and improved the company's turnover and financial well-being. Louise also worked as a National Account Manager for the Grocery Channel at BBC Worldwide, managing business opportunities and new product listings. Prior to that, Louise was a National Account Manager at Gerber Foods Soft Drinks and an Account Manager at Golden Wonder.

Louise Valducci obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from Ealing School of Business in 1995. Later, they pursued a PGCE in Education at Bangor University, completing it in 2008. From 2007 to 2009, they studied GDL Law at the College of Law Birmingham.
