Miroo Kim

Miroo Kim is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in mindfulness and emotional intelligence training. Currently serving as the CEO and Founder of People+Culture since September 2022, Miroo also holds board member positions at the San Francisco Insight Meditation Community and teaches certified courses for the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute and Compassion Institute. Previous roles include leading internal mindfulness initiatives at Meta, where Miroo facilitated significant reductions in employee stress and increases in empathy, and strategic positions at Facebook, Apple, and Microsoft, focusing on product marketing, operations, and mobile partnerships. Miroo Kim's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA in English Literature and Political Science from Ewha Womans University.
